Yes, WanderHER is a safe community for female travellers only. Any misrepresentation or deception will not be tolerated. Please respect our space as we try to make the world a better place for women!

For now, yes. Each activity can be booked by one verified user. This is to promote and encourage solo travel and allow you to really engage with the local women. We are working on having WanderHERs come together and participate in activities together so watch this space! But for now, take the leap and wander one on one!

The GuideHER and DriveHER should only cancel if they have good reason. They will do this in enough time, and you should be able to reschedule the activity on a later day through the chat function. If you cannot reschedule then a full refund will be issued. This may take days to show up in your account.

If you cancel the activity, we advise you to reschedule it with your GuideHER or DriverHER. If you cannot reschedule, then please provide a reason for the cancellation and we can offer a full refund (- the booking fee).

Once you have completed the activity, we will invite you to leave a review for your GuideHER or DriverHER. We monitor these reviews so please make sure it is within our guidelines.

Yes. We take 20% from the payable cost. The guides adjust their rates to accommodate. The booking fee deducted goes to us so we can continue partnering with NGOs, upskilling and empowering local women. You're helping us promote sustainable tourism!
